The retainer paid holds your session date or due date and is non-refunable should you decide you no longer require my services. No monies paid are refundable unless I experience an emergency that renders me unable to provide the agreed upon services. The session fee does not include any products or digital images.

Should you need to reschedule due to illness, please give 24-48 hours advance notice, if possible. You are allowed to reschedule one time, but please provide as much notice as possible. Please do not reschedule for minor skin injuries. If the weather is severe and we cannot shoot, your session will be rescheduled or shot in my studio. Clouds, light wind or sprinkles are not a issue.

Please do not bring your own camera or recording equipment to the session. If a camera is present, I will have to request that it be put away and this is a very awkward moment, which I would love to avoid.

I hereby grant Bianca Hubble and her assistant the right to use all digital negatives and/or reproductions from my session for display, publication, related website and blog use, contest entry, and/or peer review. I understand that, even once purchased, the images from my session remain the intellectual property of Bianca Hubble and her assistant.

I understand that Bianca Hubble owns the Copyright to all of the edited images received from my session. Upon purchase of the digital files, I will be granted a print release for my personal use of the images, however, they may not be cropped edited, or altered in any way. Doing so is an infringement of US Copyright Law (USC Title 17) for which fine are substantial.

At no time shall any of my work be saved to a computer/hard drive, shared online or printed without express written consent. This is a breech of copyright and illegal. If you purchase the digital files, these releases will be included. However, any blog posts or Facebook images posted by Bianca Hubble may be freely shared with your friends and family by way of a link back to the original content.

I understand that upon agreement to Newborn Session terms, I need to contact Bianca Hubble as soon as my little one is born and in order to guarantee my session before 14 days after birth. Session scheduling may be delayed if notification is not received right after birth.

A selection of hand edited images are presented approximated 3-5 days after your session, during your personal Gallery Premier. During this session you will have the opportunity to hand pick and order your favorite images with special Premier Pricing. All decision makers must be present for this Premier Viewing. Additional Viewing Appointments can be scheduled if needed, but are $100 per appointment.
